Circular by design
We want to have an impact on the world, not the planet. The environment is our biggest stakeholder, and we believe crafting wine not only begins, but must end, with nature. Therefore sustainability isn’t an afterthought; it’s the foundation for each part of our process, where the circularity of our resources reflects the circularity of nature - only taking or using what we know can be given back.
We do it because it matters to us; it’s right by the planet and our industry - today, and tomorrow.

Sustainable Winegrowing NZ™ is widely recognised as a world-leading sustainability programme and was one of the first to be established in the international wine industry in 1997.
Under New Zealand Winegrowers’ Sustainability Policy, wine must be made from 100% certified grapes in 100% certified winemaking facilities that are independently audited..
"91/100. The first commercial release of this wine. 5% barrel-fermented with lengthy maturation in oak. Rich, textural sauvignon with toast, nutty lees and ginger flavours occupying centre stage with guava, grapefruit and passion in the background."
"Crafted by exciting young winemaker Alice Rule, this is classic Marlborough Sauvignon with a winning twist and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Lovely notes of lemongrass, bashed basil, and jalapeño burst out of the glass..."
You know a wine is good... like really good when you start speaking to it! And that's exactly what I did with my first sip.. "oh my god you're beautiful".
"Alice is one of thee most genuine, high energy and passionate people you'll ever meet. She brings fantastic wine with integrity to the table and is quite clearly a producer to be valued. Great morals, great wine."
"Looking for something that can fire you up about a variety where you think you have tasted it all? Rich with tropical fruit, round without being cloying, lean where it gives depth. This is a wine that should be tried to get you back into Sauvignon."
A play-on-words is one thing.
A play-on-numbers, however, holds meaning deeper than the roots of the vines that are harvested for the very purpose of our trade.
Everything we do at 3Sixty2 is driven by the same passion for wine that James Busby, the pioneer of viticulture in Australasia, once had. Fire and flare delivers more than just a bottle of Sauvignon. It is the sustainability of getting the very best out of our vines, it is the amenity of bringing us together, and it is the enjoyment of what makes up an essential part of our lives. The legacy of wine making in New Zealand is pivotal to who we are and why we do what we do.”
