Everyone needs a go to vinaigrette, and this is mine. Stores well in the fridge in a recycled Fix and Fog glass jar. Sometimes the olive oil goes chunky in the fridge, take off the lid, microwave for ~ 10 seconds, shake, good to go.
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon True Honey Co manuka
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Pinch of salt and ground pepper
In a small bowl whisk vinegar, honey, mustard and olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
